In any case, the return must be requested in writing via email. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and with the delivery note enclosed. This is at the customer's expense and risk. Any payment already made (including shipping costs) will be refunded to the customer within 14 days, provided that hillriders.ch has already received the goods back or the customer provides proof that they have returned the goods.
Hillriders.ch reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the loss in value from the purchase price already paid or to invoice the customer.

How does print on demand work?
Print-on-Demand (POD) refers to the printing of a product that only takes place when an order is placed. In other words, your garment is printed especially for you. This can take 3-5 days until it is shipped.
With the print-on-demand process, we want to send a message against the fast fashion industry.
What materials are used?
Our modern and durable clothing is made of high-quality materials that have been perfectly sewn and processed. The clothes are made of GOTS-certified organic cotton and recycled materials such as modal or recycled polyester. The type of certification depends on the material composition.
How do I care for the products?
All selected products comply with the standards and requirements of the textile industry in terms of their physical and chemical properties as well as their durability and service life.
Most items should be washed at 30°C and air dried (i.e. not in a tumble dryer).
